It is in the second floor of th building in which the Divisional education office is situated. The distance from Eheliyagoda town is only 200 metres.
It is a place which conducts inservice teacher training programmes and various other students support programmes such as O/L support programmes, A/L support programmes, English Camps, Ehglish courses for school leavers etc.
At present Mr.Prasad Kodituwakku is the co-ordinator and Mr.R.A.Jayawardena works as the Teacher In Charge.
